Job Title: Purchasing Engineer
Salary: $56,000.00 - $89,900.00 per year. Base Pay depends on experience and skills.

The position will complete procedures and practices to guarantee the most worthless movement of merchandise through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have efficiency to study data and market facilities for the present and future availability, and capacity of goods and maintenance.

General Responsibilities:
- Travel to store locations to review product mix
- Respond on inquiries, project status, quality issues, and delivery adjustments
- Ensure effective manufacturer research and supplier management regulations are used with best execution
- Maintain a strategic plan for procurement. Communicate closely with forecasting and budgeting to run catalogue costs
- Control new items and product mix
- Monitor purchasing processes to support customer
- Work very promptly with other employees to accommodate information regarding the competition, potential entrants, pricing forecast and service issues

Applicant requirements:
- Ability to reveal, troubleshoot a wide range of technical and none-technical issues
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to work independently, communicate externally
- Advanced Microsoft Office Tools Excel, Word and Outlook ability for timely reporting
- Ability to hoist up to 15 pounds and at times lift or move up to 37 pounds
- Valid driver�s license is essential
- legal age 21+; US National
- No relocation is necessary
